Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial decisions most people make. My goal is to help clients navigate that process with confidence, backed by experience, market knowledge, and a practical understanding of the numbers.

Before becoming a Realtor®, I spent 25 years in public accounting and corporate finance, working with publicly traded companies and leading teams responsible for financial planning, business strategy, and investment analysis.

As a CPA with an MBA in Finance, I bring an analytical perspective to real estate, particularly when it comes to property valuations, pricing strategies, market conditions, and negotiations.

My interest in real estate began in 2004 when I started investing in residential properties. Over the years, I've owned both short-term and long-term rentals, giving me firsthand experience with property ownership, investment decisions, and the responsibilities that come with maintaining real estate.

Today, as a Realtor® with LPT Realty, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida, helping them make informed decisions based on their individual goals and circumstances.

I believe successful real estate transactions begin with honest communication, careful preparation, and a clear understanding of the market.

I'm a proud U.S. Navy veteran, husband, and father of two. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, visiting theme parks, golfing, and anything involving the ocean.
